The SQO working group took part in the Long Night of Science. Under the motto “Quantum Communication – Protected at the Speed of Light”, we invited our knowledge-hungry guests to immerse themselves in the world of quantum communication through the use of individual light particles, known as photons. Various aspects of this complex field of research were illustrated through exhibits and interactive activities, including fluorescence, polarization, waveguiding, and microscopy.
