AG Haug
The group of Prof. Rolf J. Haug offers several bachelor and master theses related to nanostructured semiconductors focusing on quantum effects in lowdimensional electron systems. Theses could cover sample preparation under cleanroom conditions as well as magneto transport measurements to determine the properties of nanostructured semiconductors. Depending on the material the use of cryo systems is needed to analyze material properties for low temperatures down to 10 mK and magnetic fields up to 20 T.
Students are invited to contact us to discuss possible master or bachelor theses. Depending on your field of study we try to find a suitable and interesting topic.
